Pre-Installation Preparation

1. Screen & Equipment Inspection

   • Verify screen dimensions and model compatibility.

   • Check for defects like cracks, deformation, or blocked meshes.

   • Ensure the frame is flat and all connections are secure.

2. Tools & Materials

   • Tools: Wrenches, screwdrivers, rubber hammers.

   • Supplies: Sealant (anti-leakage), gaskets (enhanced friction).

Three Key Installation Methods

1. Expansion Nail Type

Specifications : 305×305×30 (four semi-circular holes)
Steps :

1. Place the screen on the vibrating screen’s support beam.

2. Align expansion nail holes between adjacent screens.

3. Hammer nails vertically into holes, noting the mesh direction

2. Bolt Type

Bolts : M12, M14, M16
Steps :

1. Arrange screens sequentially on the support beam.

2. Align mounting holes on screens and beams.

3. Secure with tension bolts, adjusting tightness appropriately.

3. Rail Seat Type

Customization : Requires manufacturer-specific rail seats
Steps :

1. Fix rail seats to the support beam first.

2. Align screen grooves with rail seat protrusions.

3. Ensure firm placement to prevent displacement.
